Who are we?
GuruGuitar is the online department of Bulmer's Selling Service based in York England. Bulmers Selling Service is a long established family business that has been trading since 1959.
Our premises will be familiar to anyone who has passed through the historic Monks Bar in York. Many different items have been traded here in the 45 years since the doors opened at Lord Mayor's Walk and Monkgate everything from stamps and jewelry to Guitars and antiques.
The premises are still run by the Bulmer family and now have two distinct specialties. The monkgate shop focuses on the buying, selling and exchanging of audiovisual goods, specializing in guitars and group gear but stocking a wide range of items.
The newly refurbished Lord Mayor's Walk Premises is a design led furniture, lighting and accessories shop. Largely stocking reproduction with some antique pieces, the shop houses a very eclectic mix of items. We pride ourselves on our inexpensive prices and design advice service.
